Day 12 was a fun-packed day.
We headed to Taki Grill for an entertaining and filling lunch. We needed all the fuel we could get, because we would be spending the rest of the day......
....ROLLERSKATING!
My kids had been a few times and have been begging to go since spring break. I held them off until summer and they were crazy to get their skate groovin' on. They picked up right where they left off!
This was Tanner and Carter's first go at it and they did amazingly well. If you can push through that first 30 hour of falls and awkwardness, you will make it. And make it they did indeed.... with flying colors! I was so proud.
Highlight of my day was watching Jess on her rollerblades dancing and knowing all the lyrics to the teenie bop music.
